ship, and deliver your orders within India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on complexity.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through iThink Logistics, which works with multiple courier partners
across India to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 4–7 business days.
Delivery may vary based on:

  • location

  • courier delays

  • festivals, strikes, or unforeseen events

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • No additional hidden charges beyond what you see at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp
    or

  • SMS

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier operations

  • weather conditions

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • remote location logistics

  • natural disasters or strikes

We’ll support you in coordinating with the courier, but we cannot guarantee their timelines.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is:

  • lost in transit, or

  • delivered in damaged condition

Resolution will be done as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any damage or issue.

9. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not liable for failed delivery.

  • If the package is returned to us, you may need to pay reshipping charges.

Always double-check your address at checkout.

10. Partial Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on stock
and warehouse logistics.
You will only be charged once for shipping (if applicable).
